Batch submissions

Bulk URL Indexing for Large URL Batches

Move a list of public URLs into a trackable submission workflow. Paste URLs or upload a CSV/TXT file, review validation, and choose immediate or scheduled processing.

The website form accepts up to 500 unique URLs per batch and files up to 2 MB. Deduplication happens before credits are charged for the accepted unique URLs.

From file or paste to a validated batch

Bulk URL indexing is useful when individual submissions would be tedious, such as a set of referring pages, updated site pages, or public citations.

01

Add URLs

Paste one URL per line, or upload a TXT or CSV file. CSV supports a URL/link header or URLs in the first column. The file limit is 2 MB.

02

Review validation

The form checks HTTP/HTTPS URL syntax, flags invalid rows, removes exact duplicates within the batch, and caps the submission at 500 unique URLs.

03

Submit and track

Choose immediate processing or a drip interval. One credit is required for each accepted unique URL; History records provider workflow status.

Send now or schedule the rest

With Drip Mode off, the batch goes through the normal immediate provider workflow. With Drip Mode on, the first URL is sent now and the remainder are scheduled at the configured interval. The active website rule accepts intervals from 1 to 1440 minutes.

This is a scheduling feature for your workload. It does not make a search engine crawl a page on schedule or guarantee indexing. Read the Drip Mode guide for a timeline example.

Common input problems

  • More than 500 unique URLs in the website form
  • A file over 2 MB or a format other than CSV/TXT
  • Invalid URLs or malformed CSV quoting
  • Too few credits for the accepted unique URLs

Resolve form errors before submitting. If a network result is uncertain, check History before retrying.

Use the API when a file is not your workflow

The TurboIndexing API accepts URL arrays from your own tools, with a separate limit of 100 URLs per request. It authenticates with a developer key and returns processing and error information. The technical API docs show the request format.

For individual page workflows, see the URL indexer overview. Compare credit packages, use the help center for form guidance, or explore backlink submissions and the blog.
